At Winter Pit Products, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality pit equipment built to meet our customers' needs. Many of our products are manufactured to order or customized to customer specifications. Please review our cancellation and return policies before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Winter Pit Products as soon as possible.

• Orders Not Yet in Production: Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation, subject to any applicable processing fees.

• Orders in Production: Once manufacturing has begun, orders may not be canceled without approval from Winter Pit Products. Additional cancellation fees may apply based on materials purchased, labor completed, and production progress.

• Custom Orders: Custom-built or specially configured products may be non-cancelable once materials have been ordered or production has started.

Cancellations Due to Freight Costs

If a customer chooses to cancel an order due to freight or shipping costs, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the order refund.

This fee applies to orders canceled because the customer does not wish to proceed with the quoted freight or shipping charges.

The 4% processing fee is calculated based on the total amount paid for the order and helps cover nonrecoverable payment processing and administrative expenses.

We encourage customers to contact us for a freight quote before placing an order, particularly for larger items such as pit boxes, tire carts, and trade show displays.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions.

Custom-Built and Made-to-Order Products

All custom-built and made-to-order products, including customized pit boxes, tire carts, and trade show displays, are final sale and not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

This includes products manufactured with customer-selected colors, dimensions, configurations, accessories, or other custom specifications.

Standard and In-Stock Products

Returns of standard, non-customized, in-stock products may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

• Returns must be approved by Winter Pit Products before being shipped back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Winter Pit Products or a confirmed product defect.

• Original shipping and freight charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care in packaging and preparing our products for shipment. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and notify Winter Pit Products as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please provide photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage so we can evaluate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once a cancellation or return has been approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Applicable cancellation and processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

• Shipping and freight charges already incurred are generally nonrefundable.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
